Terms

v0.1 placeholder — needs legal review

Acceptance

By creating a Mailuno account or using mailuno.io, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Service description

Mailuno is an AI-assisted cold outreach product. It reads each prospect's public website, drafts a personalized email, and sends it through a mailbox you connect. Outcomes — replies, meetings, deliverability — depend on your offer, list quality, and your mailbox's sender reputation. We don't guarantee specific reply rates or revenue results.

Account requirements

You must be at least 18 years old, give us accurate contact info, and keep your credentials secure. One person or organization per account; you're responsible for everything that happens under your login.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Mailuno to:

  • send unsolicited bulk email outside the legal definition of B2B cold outreach in your jurisdiction;
  • send spam to consumer email addresses or to anyone who has opted out;
  • misrepresent your identity, employer, or sender domain;
  • scrape, store, or distribute lead data in ways that violate the source platform's terms;
  • send content that is harassing, fraudulent, illegal, or that we reasonably consider abusive;
  • circumvent our rate limits or attempt to access another user's workspace.

We can suspend or close any account that violates this section. Repeated abuse forfeits any unused subscription balance.

Subscription and billing

Pricing, lead allowances, and overage rates are listed on the pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before that date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; we don't pro-rate downgrades.

14-day refund: if you're unhappy in the first 14 days of your first paid month, email hello@mailuno.io and we'll refund you. Refunds apply once per customer, first paid month only.

Taxes are your responsibility unless we're required to collect them in your jurisdiction.

Intellectual property

The Mailuno application, brand, and underlying tooling are ours. You keep ownership of your business profile, lead lists, generated emails, and reply data. By using Mailuno you grant us a limited license to process that content for the purpose of providing and improving the service — but not to train third-party models with it.

Privacy

Our data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. That document is part of these terms.

Disclaimers

Mailuno is provided “as is.” AI-generated emails are a starting point — review them before sending high-value campaigns. Cold email outcomes depend on factors outside our control (deliverability, list quality, your offer); we don't warrant specific results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to Mailuno is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

You can cancel from the dashboard or by emailing us. We can terminate or suspend access for material violations of these terms or for non-payment. On termination we'll keep your data per the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, unless we mutually agree to arbitration.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms materially, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top and email workspace owners. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
